Project Goals
Rewrite and modernize Planerio's existing software to cater to users with diverse technology expertise. The project focuses on updating the codebase, implementing a new design system based on Material UI and custom components, and enabling a customizable user interface. A feature freeze is maintained to refine existing features without adding new ones.

Planerio's project focused on updating its software and tackling the wide range of tech skills among its users. Hospital planners, who are tech-savvy, use Planerio for complex tasks, while doctors in small practices need simpler interfaces for occasional use.
We made Planerio customizable to suit everyone. Advanced users can tailor their workspace with detailed data, while doctors in small practices get a simple, clear interface.
A crucial part of this was introducing a new design system, based on Material UI with custom components. This system made the user interface adaptable, easy to use, and suitable for different types of users.
